You made it to the last step of your booking request. On the right-hand side, you will find the whole booking procedure, cancellation policy, and payment methods explained. Please review this carefully before placing your booking. 

Booking Procedure

1) Booking Request
Submitting this form will automatically register your booking. The dates are immediately blocked in the calendar and you will receive an automated confirmation email.

2) Confirmation Payment
Within 24 hours we will personally get back to you to thank you for your booking. You will receive the first invoice consisting of 25% of the total booking amount. This payment is required to reserve the villa for your stay.

3) Complete Payment
56 days before arrival to the villa you are required to pay the remaining 75% of the total booking amount, as well as a refundable damage deposit of $250. You will receive an invoice for this in time, about 2 months before your arrival.

4) Villa Details
Once the full payment has been received, you will be sent all the villa’s details. This includes the driving directions as well as the pin code for obtaining your keys. If you desire additional services like pool heating or BBQ rental, be sure to settle this before your arrival.

5) Damage Deposit Returned
Following a satisfactory report from our management, your damage deposit will be returned in full within 14 days.

Cancellation Policy

Payment Methods

We partner with payment provider Stripe to send invoices and handle your payments securely. For payments in USD we accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and direct bank transfer to our US bank account. For payments in EUR we accept Visa, Mastercard, Bancontact, iDeal and direct bank transfer to our Belgian bank account. * If you prefer invoicing through PayPal, make sure to mention this as a comment with your booking. Note a 2% processing fee applies due to the higher costs associated with handling payments through PayPal.

Currency Conversion

Our booking system only allows for quotes in US Dollar. For our guests from Europe we offer the option to pay the invoices in Euro. There is no fee and no commission associated with this. We simply convert the rate using the current, live exchange rate. You can find the exchange rate of today below.
